Catherine Gasser

Catherine Gasser grew up in the small town of Prattville, Alabama. After attending Judson College in Marion, Alabama and receiving her Bachelor of Art degree with a double major, she relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas to begin her law degree studies.  During her time in Little Rock and her travels to Tennessee, she decided to move to Nashville after receiving her law degree and completing her clerkship at the Disability Rights Center in Little Rock.  She quickly fell in love with her new home state.  During the past few years, Catherine met and married her husband, moved to Smyrna, and began her law practice to provide legal services for the residents of Rutherford and the surrounding counties.

Catherine concentrates in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases.  Her practice also focuses on debt and credit issues, collections, and property law. She understands the stresses and anxieties her clients are experiencing with their credit and financial difficulties. She strives to help her clients put the financial past behind them and have a fresh start for their future.
